Please note that larger files may take up to 5 minutes to upload.  We appreciate your patience. 

If problems persist, please email the gang sheet files ready to print in PNG format 300dpi to jose@thetpc.us

 

Our current turnaround time for our DTF product is 1 to 3 business days. We understand that some customers may require their order sooner, and we will do our best to accommodate those requests whenever possible. However, due to the high demand for our product and the fickle nature of new technology, we cannot guarantee faster turnaround times at this moment. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will work diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as we can. Thank you for choosing our product.

If you are having issues with the file size in the design tool, please submit your order through the following links.  Due to image processing restraints, some files will be reduced in size.  We are working with our development team to fix this, but for now this is the best way to upload files above 25 mega pixels.
